Quality Laboratory Technician Specialist
With the aim of expanding our workforce, we are looking for a:
Quality Laboratory Technician Specialist
The resource will be responsible for the analysis of raw materials and intermediates/finished products, laboratory equipment and quality control of samples.
Main tasks:
- Carry out laboratory checks (during and at the end of production);
- Assess the quality of the product and intervene during production stages to suggest modifications to the production formula;
- Analyze and evaluate incoming raw materials;
- Manage instrumentation (calibration – cleaning), finished products and raw materials archive, solvents/consumables inventory.
Requirements
- High school diploma in chemistry.
- At least one year’s experience in the specific sector.
- Attitude to teamwork.
- Knowledge of the main computer systems.
Technical Knowledge
- Headspace Gas Chromatograph (HS-GC);
- FT-IR
- Automatic titrators
- Technical and Analytical Balances
- IR Moisture Balance (Thermobalance)
- PHmeter
- Colorimeter
- Viscometer
- Use of laboratory glassware for analysis.

Chemical plant operator
The resource will be responsible for the production of chemical products, through the management and control of plants and machinery.
Main tasks:
- Conduct, on the basis of pre-established working methods and in complete operational autonomy, one or more production lines;
- Management of the loading of raw materials and unloading of finished products;
- Checking the operating parameters of the systems by providing for their fine-tuning and regulation;
- Check the progress of the process and intervene with the support of the Shift Manager and QC on the process if necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma in chemistry or technical/industrial specialization.
- At least one year’s experience in the specific sector.
- Knowledge of the control system of chemical plants: PLC or DCS.
- Availability for shifts on three shifts, from Monday to Friday.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of chemical plants
- Basic principles of chemistry
- Qualification for the use of toxic gases (Ethylene Oxide)
- Certificate of course for the safe use of the forklift.
