ERCA S.p.A. is a privately owned chemical company that annually produces over 20,000 tons of surfactants, esters, amides, quaternary ammoniums, polyurethane dispersions, chemical additives and auxiliaries, superplasticizers used in the cement industry with its own technologies.

During its industrial growth, ERCA S.p.A added to its textile range the production of surfactants, esters, amides and derivatives of fatty substances, all additives and organic chemistry specialties intended for other industrial applications.

The breadth of this range and the parallel growth of the other companies in the group today position ERCA among the most quoted Italian companies in the oleochemical sector, with regular collaboration and supply relationships to the main Italian and foreign multinationals.

The range of products is marketed in Italy and abroad for application in numerous sectors such as: textile, tanning, cosmetics, paper, construction and the industrial sector.
In addition to direct sales, ERCA has collaboration and toll-manufacturing agreements in place with leading Italian and multinational chemical companies.

ERCA’s R&D laboratories guarantee both accurate quality control of raw materials, intermediates and finished products, as well as continuous innovation of the range and industrial processes.
In the context of providing ever greater guarantees of quality to customers, the ERCA S.p.A. Group adopted a Quality Management System in 1992, taking as a reference the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 Standard, to which other certifications have been added over the years, the main ones being: the EFfCI for cosmetic ingredients, the RSPO for sustainable palm oil, UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 for the environment, UNI EN ISO 45001: 2018 for safety and ISO 14064 standards for the determination of GHG inventory requirements prepared by organizations that voluntarily quantify and report GHG emissions associated with their activities
