On December 12th ERCA SPA completed the merge with LAUTEX Srl and IRIS Chemical Specialties Srl.
The Companies have been sharing for years common interests and objectives within the ERCA GROUP - first, integrating the individual expertise in chemistry and application to develop the business in the Textile market; second, venturing in the international market with local Partners to expand the business, develop global competencies and enhance the international understanding as well as the cultural awareness.
The merger and the synergies thereof target more efficiency and enhanced brand identity.
